For your consideration……

This is a hard message for me. I know it was given for all of us. But I also know it is especially for me.

There is always a time when we need to let go and move on. It is mandatory for us to evolve and move on down the path of our life journey.

We know this. What holds us back?

Fear mostly. Fear of letting go.

Fear we are not good enough so we procrastinate.

Fear of letting go of friends or reducing time with them even though it is clear we are no longer on the same path as us.

Fear of letting go of old habits. We keep them even when they aren’t good for us because they are familiar and comfortable.

Fear of letting our children go. When is parenting too much? When isn’t it enough? Have we done a good enough job?

Fear of change. Somehow we convince ourselves that a “bird in the hand” is worth more than the infinite possibilities of the future.

And maybe we fear the unknown. Maybe we are comfortable and fear “rocking the boat”.

The list could go on and on. But the message is the same. Life goes on and we must let go of what no longer serves our us…..good and bad.

Letting go does not necessarily mean cutting it from our life altogether. People and things we love are good for us. Of course, we do not cut them from our life. But it also means we love them enough to let go enough to allow for growth and evolution…theirs, ours and the relationship.

Our situations change and these are life signals that it is time to let go of the old and change as well. How successful we are is directly related to our attitude, intention and the energy we put into it. We can never go wrong when we apply our love to them.

And as always, the first step is listening to our Divine Guidance and trusting it enough to let go of the fear and move into our future with confidence we are loved and supported. That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take……

-Meditate and listen to what your Guidance tells you.

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths. Spend some time in nature.

-Have fun. Laugh.

What made me smile yesterday……

-After 2 hours on the phone waiting for customer service, I did get results.

-Talking with my friend, Christine.

-A fun, fun, fun afternoon and evening with Alex while she checked out, pondered, wavered, negotiated and then with complete confidence and excitement bought a new car.

Love, Blessings and Gratitude,

Chris
