Love

I am late. My apologies. I was off at a retreat recharging my batteries. Ahhhh….

For your consideration….

Love is the power of everything. It trumps everything. Nothing can defeat it. It transcends all time and space in this world and all others. It transcends this lifetime and all past and future lifetimes.
Love wounds. It heals. Love brings joy. It brings pain. It brings lessons and growth if we let it.

As always, it is our choice. We can love freely and fully accepting risk and pain. Or we can shield ourselves and miss the lessons, HOPE and JOY real love brings.

Remember, it starts with loving your Core Essence Self. Then moving forward with HOPE and LOVE for our family, friends, humanity, Mother Earth and all God’s creations. That is how it grows. It is a self fulfilling prophesy.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, hope by hope actions steps anyone can do….

-Sit still for as long as you can and honor you.

-In your mind or on paper, note all of the people you love and those whom love you.

-Picture them all together. Shower them with love (like rain). Feel it multiply as they laugh and share it.

-Again in your mind, pass out an enormous basket and let them fill it with their love. Acknowledge it, accept it, and take it into your Core Essence Self.

-Remember, you have the key. You can draw on this love anytime you wish.

-Remember, you have a choice. You can do this whenever you want as often as you want.
