For your consideration…..

Today we are reminded that we see what we are and are what we see. We are all human barometers.

What we see and feel about others is a good barometer of where we are in our own life and how others are seeing and feeling about us.

We are asked to give pause today and reflect if we are where we want to be. If we are aware, we can make adjustments. That is the good news. That is the HOPE.

 

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take……

-Meditate. Focus on what you are feeling…seeing.

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and enjoy whatever weather, even if it is from your front porch. Take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Pause, reflect on what are you seeing. How are you feeling? Is this where you want to be?

 

What made me smile yesterday……

-A great day of doing nothing but enjoying friends.

-Wow, a great dinner. Thanks Dianne and Gary.

-I am so proud of my niece, Kerri. I love her to pieces.
