For your consideration…

I don’t  think we have ever had a message regarding apology before. The art of apologizing should be very simple but all too often it is made complex.

Too often apologies come with explanations. Sincere apologies come from the heart and need no explanations. Explanations complicate them. They diffuse the apology. They lessen the impact.

Apologies are powerful because they change the energy moving forward. They lighten the load of those involved. Their impact changes the future for the better…if they are sincere.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE actions steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Remember…You are the keeper of the light. Wherever you go, there can be no darkness.

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-When you need to apologize, make it sincere, simple, and to the point.

What made me smile yesterday.

-A beautiful day.

-We had a great morning in Puerto Morelos.

-Our trip home was easy.

-Conner was so excited to see us.

-A good book.

Love, Blessings, and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
