For your consideration…
Our message came in via the song lyrics, “You don’t always get what you what but you if you try you just might get what you need.”
Our God, the Universe, has a way of delivering what we need. If we pause and think about this, we realize that our life experience has shown us this. And yes sometimes we realize that we were overruled. Life delivered something we needed more or better. Sometimes we realize we didn’t get what we wanted and it proved to be a blessing.
I think that the purpose of today’s lyrics is to remind us that we are full participants. It reminds us that we have a part to play. We are reminded to try.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…
-Affirm…“I am loved.”
-Remember…You are the keeper of the light. Wherever you go, there can be no darkness.
-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
-Try for what you want.
What made me smile yesterday…
-A beautiful sunny day.
-Catching up with Vicki.
-A short visit with Mary.
-Finished a book and started another.
