For your consideration…

Regrets have purpose. They are evidence of lessons learned. They are indicators of what is important to us. Regrets have value.

Yes, regrets have value for a moment. They have value the moment we first recognize and acknowledge them. After that, they can no longer serve us well. When we carry them forward and dwell on them, they become obstacles. They get in the way. Eileen Caddy wrote…

“Regrets can hold you back and can prevent the most wonderful things taking place in your lives.”

We are reminded today to let regrets go and embrace what life puts in front of us.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Remember…You are the keeper of the light. Wherever you go, there can be no darkness.

-Remember…Regrets dim your light.

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

What made me smile yesterday…

-A beautiful day.

-A hair cut…finally.

-Catching up with Lori and Jackie.

-A new book.

Love, Blessings, and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
