For your consideration…
Throughout our lives we meet people that we immediately sync with. Our frequencies match. Communication is easy.. Perhaps we feel like we know then. Perhaps even from a previous life. Perhaps we have. These relationships are easy.
Our message today is about when we aren’t syncing, we aren’t on the same frequency. Perhaps we don’t understand each other at all.
We are reminded of our comfort when we are in sync and asked to remember that those that we are not in sync with feel the same way with those who frequency they share.There is no shame in being different. The different frequencies weave together to make a complex and beautiful Universe.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…
-Affirm…“I am loved.”
-Remember…You are the keeper of the light. Wherever you go, there can be no darkness.
-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
-Celebrate our differences as well as our commonality.
What made me smile yesterday…
-A beautiful day.
-A great day at school with some of my favorite students.
-I finally got my car back.
-Met Lisa for dinner.
-Did an all night sleep study at the U of M hospital. I’m glad to finally have that over with.
