For your consideration…

I love when the ding, ding, ding alerts go off in my head. That happened this morning as I was watching a bit of President Jimmy Carter’s funeral. Many of the speakers talked about his absolute belief in all people being equal. One of the speakers mentioned something that I often say, “The world will change when all women are treated as equals.”

When women across the world all stand up as equals to men and each other, the world will change.

It is easy to say, “But what can I do?” The answer is that every exchange we have with one or many women is positive and encouraging. It is important that we help one another, that we support one another. An army is built one person at a time. Support all women with your words, thoughts and actions.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Remember…You are the keeper of the light. Wherever you go, there can be no darkness.

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Support women. Lift women up. Encourage other women.

What made me smile yesterday…

-A beautiful day.

-Lunch with Mary and Alex.

-Catching up with Jackie.

-Picking AJ up at the airport. Tom and Alex was at Mary’s when I dropped her off. We all had a nice visit.

-A good book.

Love, Blessings, and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
