For your consideration…
Our message word for word is this, “Bet on you.”
No one knows you like you know yourself. You are a safe bet. You have history. You know you are a survivor from what you consider failures. You know your successes. You know your hindsight. You know all of the times you should have taken a chance and didn’t only to know it would have been great for you.
That’s the lesson. Chances are put in front of us. We are asked to take them. No matter what, we will learn and grow from them.
That is the HOPE, And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…
-Affirm…“I am loved.”
-Remember…You are the keeper of the light. Wherever you go, there can be no darkness.
-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
-Believe in you. Take a chance on you.
What made me smile yesterday…
-A beautiful day.
-A chill day home in PJs
-Quilts done, cards made, packed up and ready for mailing.
-Catching up with Alex, Mary, and Barb.
-A good book.
