For your consideration…
Today’s message is about us…truth and us.
All too often we wear different “faces” or act differently with different people…in different situations. We are being fully seen and yet we are not because we are not being ourselves. This means we are hiding our truth.
We were born perfect for our life purpose. Only we can do us. We are unique. More and more people are hiding their truth. They are afraid to speak their truth. They are shamed into silence.
This is the exact opposite of what we need to do. We need to stand in our truth, wear it for all to see. We need to live our purpose by being our true selves. It is what we were born to do.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…
Affirm…“I am loved.”
-Remember…you are the keeper of the light.
-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all.
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
-Be you. Speak and wear your truth.
What made me smile yesterday…
-A beautiful day.
-Great preschoolers.
-The family celebrated Conner’s birthday. He was beyond excited. We all had a great, if not late, night.
-A good book.
