For your consideration…
One of my very favorite songs is “Wind Beneath My Wings.” It brought in today’s message.
Heroes come in all sexes, sizes, shapes, professions, etc. They are the wind beneath our wings. They are exactly who we need and show up in perfect timing.
Throughout our lives likely and unlikely heroes show up. Indeed, we are often the heroes to others.
Our message today reminds us of this so that we are always in the receiving and giving energy mode. Despite all that in going on around us and in the world, we need to keep our loving hearts open.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…
-Affirm…“I am loved.”
-Remember…You are the keeper of the light. Wherever you go, there can be no darkness.
-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
-Connect with Mother Earth.
What made me smile yesterday…
-A beautiful day. We had some rain as well as sun.
-My final summer camp class. This class was great.
-Catching up with Alex.
-An early bedtime and waking up this morning with no alarm clock…ahhh…
-Finished the first half of a good book series.
