For your consideration…

I laughed at today’s message, “Don’t shoot the messenger.”

It is easy to be frustrated when we are given unwanted news. Before we vent on the innocent messenger, we are reminded that most of the time, they don’t want to deliver it. Yet they are motivated enough to deliver the “bad news” because we need to hear it.

We are asked to remember that we always need the truth. We need to live in a state of our truth. So blessed are those who help us out with that.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Remember…You are the keeper of the light. Wherever you go, there can be no darkness.

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Be gracious with the bearer of bad news.

What made me smile yesterday…

-A beautiful day.

-A great summer camp class….

-They successfully baked and cleaned up.

-Catching up with Mojdeh and Mary.

-A new book.

Love, Blessings, and Gratitude,

Rev.Chris
