For your consideration…

We all hear about the moon cycles affecting water. We hear about how the ERs are impacted during the full moon. Water affects the energy surrounding us.

We are affected by water…all of us…always. This should not surprise us. Seventy one per cent of the earth is covered in water. While only sixty percent of our body is water, seventy three percent of our brain and our heart is water. Water affects our moods, health, and over all well-being. We have all seen the benefits of calm water versus the damage of raging water.

That is the analogy raging versus calm water in our emotional life. We may not be able to change the affects of the moon on water but we can be aware and we CAN control our response. We CAN can calm our emotional waters through such things as exercise, meditation, music, breath, etc.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

 

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Remember…You are the keeper of the light. Wherever you go, there can be no darkness.

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Calm your emotional waters.

 

What made me smile yesterday…

-A beautiful day.

-A good hike.

-A visit from Mojdeh.

-A good book.

-Catching up with Conner and Alex.
