For your consideration…

Words are important. They mean something. Adjectives bring nouns to life by describing them.

Our message today asks us to think about the adjectives we use to describe ourselves. They are important. They mean something. Choose ones uplift and elevate. Choose ones that are full of HOPE. Choose ones that are respectful. Choose ones that are loving and kind. Choose ones that exhibit confidence…etc.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Remember…You are the keeper of the light. Wherever you go, there can be no darkness.

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Love yourself and choose positive adjectives.

What made me smile yesterday…

-A beautiful day.

-Finished a good book series.

-Loose ends being tied up for a baby shower we’re giving.

-Catching up with Mary and Carol.

-Dinner at Connor O’Neils with family and James’s parents.

Love, Blessings, and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
