For your consideration…

This is a tough message to write. As I ask myself why, I think that perhaps I have fallen into the PC thinking. I don’t want to seem unsympathetic, unkind, or uncaring. But I am reminded that our Guidance who delivers these messages are NEVER any of those things. They ALWAYS are working for our highest good.

So first let me say that there are  people who have mental help problems. They suffer from true depression. This is not a message about them. Today’s message is about personal responsibility.

We all have problems. We all have big and small problems drop into our path throughout our lives. This is life. This is what life is about. This is how we learn. This is how we grow for our highest good and the highest good of all.

It is not only ok…it is normal to feel sadness, disappointment, scared, confused, anger, alone, etc. We don’t have all the answers. We can’t always see the whole picture. Perhaps we have never had to deal with this problem before. We have these feelings and think we are depressed. Our focus goes to that feeling of depression and seeking help for it rather than focusing on the source of our feelings and working to solve that problem.

Our attitude and intention hold the key to our happiness and success. Taking the “bull by the horns” so to speak means turning our attention to the problem with intention to finding and working through to a solution. That is taking personal responsibility. It is good for us. It is accepting the challenge to learn our life lessons. It builds our confidence.

We are asked to accept personal responsibility as a blessing and practice it always.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE actions steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Remember…You are the keeper of the light Wherever you go, there can be no darkness.

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
