For your consideration…
When today’s message came in, I couldn’t resist using this swinging bridge from my childhood.
We know today’s message but we either forget or we choose to ignore it. Yesterday is gone. It is part of our history. It was perfect in its timing, It was perfect in its outcome….Divine Timing.
Yet we tend to ruminate on it. We tend to look back with regrets. We tend to thing, “If I could have a do over…” There are no do overs. Our focus instead needs to be on lessons learned. It needs to be on being our best self in this moment..the moment the last prepared us for.
Regrets are just water under the bridge to the other side.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…
-Affirm…“I am loved.”
-Remember…You are the keeper of the light. Wherever you go, there can be no darkness.
-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
-Welcome today with excitement and joy.
What made me smile yesterday…
-Finally, a haircut.
-A beautiful day with sun AND rain.
-Catching up with Shannon.
-Front porch and back patio cleaned.
-Productive writing.
-A good book.
