For your consideration…
First, just a reminder. Love is the most powerful energy in the Universe. Like all energy, it cannot be destroyed. Do people fall out of love? Sure. But the energy of the love lives on forever.
Second, let us remember to not confuse love with power and control. Seeking power and control by doing loving gestures is not love because the “intention” behind the gesture did not come from love.
So finally, today’s message about love. We are reminded of love’s perpetual energy for a reason. Sometimes we feel guilty or we feel like we are not enough, we haven’t done enough, or we have done things we regret. We feel like we have tarnished love. Today’s message says not so. Love rooted with good intentions is forever. So do not spend time on regrets. Focus on how that love is rooted instead.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…
-Affirm…“I am loved.”
-Remember…You are the keeper of the light. Wherever you go, there can be no darkness.
-Remember love is forever.
-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
What made me smile yesterday…
-A beautiful day.
-So hedging done.
-A new book.
-Catching up with Alex, Mary, and Lori.
