For your consideration…

Reflecting on lessons learned is a good habit. It is good to reflect, rethink, and revise if necessary. We are perpetual students. Acknowledging our lessons learned lets our Guidance know, “Hey, I got it.”

We got the lesson. We acknowledge the lesson. Now we need to let it go. It is important that we NOT continue to dwell on it.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Remember…You are the keeper of the light. Wherever you go, there can be no darkness.

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Reflect in gratitude the lessons you learn.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Drink lots of water.

What made me smile yesterday…

-An early morning get up to pick Conner, Alex and James up and take them to the airport.

-A great call with Judy.

-A beautiful day.

-Catching up with Jackie.

-Dinner with Pam.

Love, Blessings, and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
