For your consideration…
HOPE…my favorite topic.
HOPE is like the little engine that could. It is that little light the eradicates total darkness. It is like the pilot light on a stove.
Whenever we have HOPE, we have what it takes to keep moving forward no matter what. HOPE is the light in despair. HOPE keeps the heart open even when it is breaking. HOPE encourages us. It holds us up when we are unsteady and sure.
Today’s message reminds us the importance of HOPE and keeping it alive in each of us. Protect your HOPE. Keep it alive. Stoke it in yourself and others.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…
-Affirm…“I am loved.”
-Remember you are the keeper of the light. Wherever you go, there can be no darkness.
-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
-Keep HOPE alive.

-A fun summer camp.
-Catching up with Shannon.
-A good book.
