Denver weather: Cold front brings fall weather Friday and Saturday

For your consideration…

Do you see what I see? Do I see what you do? We can look out the window or at the weather forecast and see partly sunny or partly cloudy. We can look and see a good day for a walk or not.

For any situation or people who we interact with we have an impression. What we may not give much thought to is that we show that impression with our words, facial expression, body language, or even silence. We project what we see. We give the space our energy.

So the question is what energy do we want to project. Sunny or cloudy. HOPEful or pessimistic, loving or indifferent. joyful or sadness, peace or chaos, curious or closed off, negative or positive, etc. We may not be in control of the Universe. But we do have control over our attitude. We have control over our perspective. We have control over our judgment.

The world sees and hears enough doom and gloom. We always have the power to shine love, HOPE, and light.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Remember…You are the keeper of the light. Wherever you go there can be no darkness.

Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Be conscious of what we project.

What made me smile yesterday…

-It was an unexpectedly beautiful day.

-Lunch with Shannon.

-Found fabric I love for a special project.

-A visit and dinner with Conner, Alex, James, and Moose.

-Finished a good book and started a new mystery.

Love, Blessings, and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
