For your consideration…

We need to look no further than babies and toddlers to see the examples for today’s message. The littlest of things make them smile i.e.; a clap of the hands, a bug, , a cardboard box, peek0a-boo, etc.

We are all blessed at birth to be gifted with the ability to let the little things. fill us with joy, love and happiness. For our entire lives we have access to the ability to give and receive the little things that make our lives full and blessed.

To be sure we will remember the big moments of our lives. But they are not what will sustain us. They are not what will keep us fulfilled. They are not what will keep our hearts full.

Rather than constantly wishing and waiting for the next big thing, we can choose to be grateful for the little things that bless our lives.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Be grateful for the little things…both giving and receiving.

What made me smile yesterday…

-A beautiful day, beautiful colors.

-A good football day.

-Conner loved his first tailgate.

-A good book.

Love, Blessings, and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
