For your consideration…

I love, love, love this task we are given today.

Every day we are reminded that “I am loved.” Why do you think that is? We are in partnership with Spirit. We are a part of Spirit. We were created by our God. He gave us a unique design with a defined purpose.

Today we are given a task to help us remember who we are, and how special we are.

Our message was exactly this…word for word…”Make a list of who you are and DON’T spare the adjectives.” For example, I am a friend. What kind of friend (good, compassionate, helping, joyful, loving, kind, etc.?

I suspect his list is going to take a while. We probably will be able to start strong and then have to put it down and come back to it many times.

I also suspect that this list will remind us that we are more…much more… than we tend to think we are.

While this is given as a task. It is meant to be fun. We shouldn’t be afraid to solicit feedback.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Remember and celebrate all that you are.

What made me smile yesterday…

-A peaceful day.

-A good book.

-We have Moose for a couple of days. Louie is so excited. He’d do just about anything to get him to stay.

-Baby quilts done and wrapped to send.

Love, Blessings, and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
