For your consideration…

Perhaps we have a plan. We know what we want to get done. This is good. We need to stay motivated. We need to keep exploring and learning. But like always there is a balance. What happens if something else jumps in the path of our best-laid plans?

Plans make for a good framework but we should always stay fully present in the moment. We should always have space for the “little surprise and delights/opportunities” that jump before us. We want to take those opportunities as they show up because they may not be there later. We need to remember Divine Timing. What we need shows up when we need it.We need to seize it and enjoy it NOW not save it for later.

How many of us save the good china for special occasions. NO…who shows up for us, is special. Use the good china now. And that is how we need to look at the gifts and opportunities that show up in our lives. We need to gratefully accept them now and not wait for a more special time. This moment is special.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Seize the gifts of the moment as they come.

What made me smile yesterday…

-A beautiful day and I didn’t have to run the AC.

-Alex, James, Conner, Drew, and Katie made it safely for their little mini vacation.

-It seems strange being here alone but my two furry friends are keeping me good company.

-I got the decorations for Hilary’s shower almost completed and I love them.

-A good book.

-Catching up with Jackie and Cathy.

Love, Blessings, and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
