For your consideration…
Yes! It is Tuesday. Just a regular day. That is what makes today’s message so much fun.
Energy is still a little tough. We are working our way through it. Our message today tells us to do something just for us. Find something that will make you happy. Find something that will help you relax. Find something that will make your heart sing. Find something that will make you laugh…..And do it.
Do something special today for YOU. If you want to eat cake…do it.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…
-Affirm…“I am loved.”
-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
-Eat cake…if you want to.
What made me smile yesterday…
-Shannon took Mackenzie, Alex, and I to get our nails done.
-Lunch with them at Caryl’s.
-Dianne stopped by with a beautiful rose bush. Natalya and Pat, Russ and Barb, sent flowers. Lots of well -wishes.
-The process has started. By the end of the week…my goal…I will have done everything I need to do to take care of Bruce’s business.
-Through many tears, we have many laughs. I had a box of pictures I had just put together for Alex. We had lots of fun going through them last night.
