For your consideration…

My friend, Jodie, once told us during a Zoom PJ meeting that when she is home alone she puts on her favorite music and dances around. Of course, I and I am sure our other friends got a mental image of that and it made us smile.

When we see little children, who just go with the flow uncaring who is watching, not caring, and they sing, dance, play, talk to themselves, etc. As we watch them we are filled with joy.

So that is the point of today’s message. We are asked to remember that joy that is brought to our hearts by observing other’s “wild abandon.” We are asked to consider living, laughing, loving, singing, dancing, cooking, writing, sharing, etc. with wild abandon. Rather than think we might look foolish, consider that we are providing joy instead.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water. Grab a glass each time you walk through the kitchen. Create a habit.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Consider wild abandon.

What made me smile yesterday…

-Conner starting to figure out how to do things for himself.

-Sunshine.

-A good book.

-More cards done and writing done. As I catch up with my Storyworth, I am being forced to go through old pictures. What was a chore turned into something fun.

-Catching up with Kathy.

Love, Blessings, and Gratitude,

Chris
