For your consideration…

I love today’s message for the way it came in. As I was taking an early morning walk with Louie, I heard, “It is the journal page you have flagged.” Of course, I had no idea what that was until I came home and found the flagged page in my journal. The journal entry was about progress and seeing how far I have come. This journey of mine started as a lonely one. Then talking with my friend Janet…this is 40 years ago…she talked about how her husband, Frank, was interested in Edgar Cacey. She recommended some reading and classes. All of this lead to other spiritual reading, thinking. Eventually, my friend, Dianne, joined me and I had someone else to talk to, bounce thoughts off of. Of course, my girls, by osmosis were a part of my circle. As I read, took some seminars and classes, I came across more and more people, searchers…lightworkers. Of course, now it is easy to talk about exploring our body, mind, and spirit…our belief systems…our life purpose…our Guidance.

I write all of this because it is easy to focus on what we have not got done, accomplished and forget how far we have come. Today we are asked to take a sneak peek over our shoulder. A sneak peek because part of the message is not to dwell on the past. Just peek over our shoulder and pat ourselves on the back for how far we have come. Let it inspire us to move forward with confidence on how much more we will accomplish.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece,  HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Give ourselves a pat on the back.

What made me smile yesterday…

-A good walk with Louie.

-It was a beautiful day and lots of neighbors were out.

-Vicki took me out for lunch and gave me a great blown-up picture of Conner for my birthday.

-Sunshine.

-Lots of birthday wishes.

Love, Blessings, and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
