No rest for the weary - Dangerous Intersection

For your consideration…

When this message came in I thought, “What, how can this be right. We are always asked to pause, be still. ”

As always, if I am patient, my questions are answered. Of course, we get tired and weary. Of course, we need to rest. Of course, we need to be still and seek our own clarity, direction, and help. But that does not mean, that we stop. It doesn’t mean we give up. No, we are still moving forward. We are still seeking. We may be moving slower, crawling even, but we are moving. We may be weary but we are not stopping. We are not quitters. We are simply moving more slowly to regain our strength.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Keep moving without worry of the pace.

What made me smile yesterday…

-Catching up with Alex, Shannon, and Jackie.

-Good friends.

-Bruce did not have any falls.

-A good book.

Love, Blessings, and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
