We are reminded today that we are special. We do a lot to add to the good of the Universe…the good of all. We aren’t just placeholders. We hold key roles in every moment.
We tend to think that we have to be extraordinary and do something extraordinary to be celebrated. NOT SO. That is today’s message. Celebrate yourself. Honor yourself in ordinary time…moments. That is where we truly shine.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…
-Affirm…“I am loved.”
-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
-Celebrate you.
What made me smile yesterday…
-Louie. The squirrels are making Louie crazy. They are busy running around the yard preparing for winter. Louie is constantly chasing them up trees and sitting waiting for them to come down.
-A beautiful sunny day.
-Louie went to the groomer and looks soooo handsome.
-Catching up with both my girls and sister, Lori.
-Finishing a good book series.
