For your consideration…

It takes a lot of dedication, time, and money to become a doctor. Most of us hold doctors in high admiration.

Our message today tells us that we can all be doctors. We can all be healers. Indeed, we should all be. Each of us has the ability to help heal the hearts of others. We do it by lending a helping hand and/or listening ear. We do it with a ready smile the reaches our eyes and lights up our face. We do it with encouraging and kind words that speak of HOPE, love, and faith.

We have healing powers. We are asked to keep them every ready and to be generous with them.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Heal.

What made me smile yesterday…

-A couple of hours free to run errands.

-Catching up with both of my girls and Jackie.

-A great dinner.

-A chill evening.

Love, Blessings, and Gratitude,

Rev.Chris
