For your consideration…
We all appreciate honesty in our relationships whether they are very personal, informal, business, work, etc. When we are dealing with honest people it saves time, money, and emotional capital.
Our message today reminds us to look to ourselves. Yes, we want to be honest. But today’s message is about being honest with ourselves…listening to our authentic self. It is easy to let our ego bury our heads in the sand. But just like with every other relationship, it costs us. It does not make our life easier. It complicates it. Listening to our authentic self and acting on and making decisions from that clear and honest place is always our best policy.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…
-Affirm…“I am loved.”
-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
-Be hones with ourselves.
What made me smile yesterday…
-A chill day in my pj’s.
-Catching up with both of my girls.
-Quick errands.
-A good book.
