For your consideration…

I have to laugh. Wasn’t it just yesterday that our message was “a train wreck waiting to happen?” Now today, “head-on” Hmmm. Maybe I need to adjust my driving habits.

Today’s message tells us that sometimes the very best way…the only way…to handle a situation, problem, person…life…is head-on. Head-on does not necessarily mean bad. It can be very positive. It can assure that everyone is on the same page. Personally, I would take a tough but honest conversation over a fake one any day. Fake is just a mask, a waste of time.

Our message tells us that whether confrontation…head-on…is positive or negative, depends on us. It is our ego that judges it negatively. Consequently, we often shy away from it, avoid it, and are fearful of it. Without judgment, we can let confrontation be honest and use it as a positive tool for change, growth, and solving life issues.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Consider the head-on approach.

What made me smile yesterday…

-My friend, Jul. She brought me flowers, stayed and visited me…recentered my sanity.

-A beautiful day.

-We had a busy Bruce day; social worker, PT, and an evening MRI.

IT-A good book.

Love, Blessings, and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
