For your consideration…

It’s in our DNA. To different degrees we are all competitive. This is a good thing. We use each other to make us stronger.

Here is the catch. Isn’t there always one? The catch is the intention.?

Are we competing with each other with the intention that we are better than others? Or are we competing with the intention of making ourselves and others better.

We want competition to be a win win. We are asked to compete with the intention of making ourselves the very best version of us we can be. And with the HOPE that we are helping others do the same.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Be our best selves.

What made me smile yesterday…

-A beautiful day.

-Lunch and then happy hour with Tom and Kathy.

-I’ve started a new book…jury is out.

-A hard but good water aerobic class.

-Catching up with Alex.

Love, Blessings, and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
