Joy

For your consideration…

Look around us. Look at all that surrounds. Look at all that is at our disposal. Think about all that had to happen to create it all.

Why? Because God wants us to be happy. God wants us to succeed. God loves us.

Yes, bumps are put our road to help us learn and grow but still through everything we are surrounded with beauty and opportunity.

Today we are asked to focus on that beauty and opportunity. Search for it and search for the Joy in it. Breathe in Joy. Breathe out Joy. Live Joy. Be Joyous.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Find Joy. Be Joy.

What made me smile yesterday…

-A chill day.

-Discovering new places…fun places.

-Zoom call with Kelly and kids.

-Catching up with Alex and Bob.

-Reserving a new puppy.
