For your consideration…

So…some of you will love today’s message, some will be frustrated by it. I can hear the “ughs…I can’t…etc.”

Some people are always open to working and communicating with spirit, our Guidance. We are born with the ability. As we grow from childhood, many of us tune our spirit out. We don’t recognize it. We don’t believe what we are feeling, sensing, or hearing. Thus begins the quest to regain it. We can all do it. It just takes trust and practice…preferably daily.

A second important part of today’s message is to remember our Guidance is with us 24/7. It is a two-way communication. More than just paying attention and getting messages, we can ask questions. We can express when we are not happy with what we are being asked to do. I have done this many times when I don’t feel I am the right person for the job, don’t think I have the talent, think I am not understanding correctly, etc. We can tell if we are communicating with spirit because it always feels loving…even when we are not hearing, sensing, what we want to. Having said that, my experience is that the message does not change, (that doesn’t mean yours won’t). Instead, I am given encouragement.

Part of our life evolving cycle is to relax, trust, and regularly work with our Guidance, whoever that is that comes forward for you. The more we do it, the easier it becomes and the easier our life is as we release control and let it flow.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Asking that question and sitting silently and noticing what comes forward is a great way to start communication on a regular basis with our Guidance. Soon we learn when our Guidance is grabbing our attention throughout the day and night.

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

What made me smile yesterday…

-A beautiful day. Perfect. Sooo…grateful for the weather we are having.

-Basement cracks fixed.

-I was lamenting to my friend, Jacke, about how tired I was and how little I had gotten done. But as I listed some things I had done, I realized I had accomplished a lot. Then I noticed that it was only 8:00 pm, too early for bed. I got off the phone and went and worked some more organizing and purging in the basement.

-Catching up with my sister.

-I finished a book and went to bed satisfied with what I had gotten done.

Love, Blessings, and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
