I had to laugh when we got this card for today’s message. I did a lot of reorganizing and purgeing this weekend. Clearly I have a long long way to go.
Clutter in our home and work space is to our energy as plaque is to our veins. Clutter clogs our energy. It prevents new and positive energy from free flowing into our lives.
The change of seasons is a natural time to sort and eliminate all that no longer serves us. Perhaps you are like me and will only be able to start what will be a long process. Perhaps you do this on a regular basis and you will be able to complete the task. Most of us will be in between. No matter, the task is to start.
Not only does clearing our space give us an energy boost, it helps clarify our priorities. It helps to clarify our change and growth. And if we choose to donate items, it helps others.
We are asked not to judge ourselves. Just start cleansing and setting our energy free.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…
-Affirm…“I am loved.”
-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
-Clear your space.
What made me smile yesterday…
-I love watching children play. I especially love how they do not let the weather matter.
-A good book.
-Catching up with Jody and Alex.
-It is perfect weather for a crockpot dinner. I love coming home knowing dinner is decided and ready…and delicious.
