For your consideration…
These are the exact words of our message today, “Fear is food for the ego.”
Fear feeds the ego. In turn, the ego craves fear. It is a vicious cycle.
Who are we? Are we people of Faith. Do we believe in the higher power of your God? Is HE out of control? If we are lightworkers, we are people of Faith. We believe in a higher power. We believe we are ONE with that higher power. And we believe that the inner voice that we talked about, is the voice we listen to first and foremost.
When we listen to that voice, we do not need fear. We can accept the blessing of peace. We can radiate love, HOPE, and faith through that place of peace.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…
-Affirm…“I am loved.”
-Affirm…“I can reject fear.”
-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
What made me smile yesterday…
-Another beautiful day.
-Catching up with Alex.
-A good book.
-The hummingbirds love my new feeder and I love the ant rejector that came yesterday.
