For  your consideration…

We have been in this quarantine for many weeks now. We can admit that some days we do better with it than others. There are ups and downs. There are gains and losses. Some days we feel productive and others not so much. We feel that a lot of our control has been modified or taken away.

Our message today tells us that our power can never be taken away unless we allow it. The parameters of how we can use it may be changed but our power is not.

If we are wondering what we can do, today’s message tells us how. Whether we have had Reiki training or not, we can manage our energy. We can harness it and direct it. What is it that we want to see?

-A world healed of Covid 19…..imagine it, focus on it, send the energy out.

-A vaccine for Covid 19…imagine it, focus on it, send it out.

-Gathering with family and friends…imagine it, focus on it, send it out.

-Vacationing…imagine it, focus on it, send it out.

-Going on errands without a need for masks and gloves…imagine it, focus on it, send it out.

-Giving hugs….imagine it, focus on it, send it out.

-Fun social gatherings…imagine it, focus on it, send it out.

You get the message. Harness you power and send its energy out into the world.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water. Consider that the first drink of the day is a cup of plain hot water to jump start your system. Sounds crazy but it works.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths. It is more important now that ever.

-Send out the energy you want to see.

What made me smile yesterday….

-Sunshine.

-A good book.

-Catching up with Shannon and Alex.

-Groceries delivered. I was doing some of this before the quarantine but now that I am doing it regularly and have adjusted, I will keep doing this after the quanantine is over. You just can’t beat having them delivered to your door….saves gas, frustration, stress on your back and impulse buying etc.

-An early bedtime.

Love, Blessings and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
