“You have more help than you could ever imagine!

Just reach out to those in Spirit with your heartfelt thoughts

and questions, and you’ll be amazed by the ways in which they’ll

respond and meet you halfway”   …John Holland

For your consideration…

Everyday in the bottom part of the blog are the seemingly mundane…everyday…pretty much the same part of the blog…”Bit by bit… and What made me smile…” They are what my Guides have named the “salt and pepper.” They are the every day spices that add to our life. They are usually not big or exciting. But they are the spices that remind us to communicate with our Guidance and things to be grateful for. These seemingly small things enrich and grow our lives from the inside out.

Every day in “Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE…” we are asked to meditate/pray and ask what is our next step for our highest good and the highest good of all? Today asks us to take it a step further. Our message today reminds us that we are never alone. We have help 24/7. Our Guidance wants to help us. And today we are invited to not only ask for the next step but to open ourselves up and have a conversation with out Guidance.

How? Sit in stillness. Release the stuff that comes in to try and interrupt. Suspend judgment. Don’t question what comes in…what you hear, know, see or feel. Ask questions, comment…have a conversation.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Listen for the answer, ask questions, comment.

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

What made me smile yesterday…

-Fun working with new recipes.

-A good book.

-Catching up with Alex. I’m starting to get this time change thing with her.

-Bruce had a real “Help me I fell down and can’t get up.” moment. We can smile because unbelievably he was not hurt.

Love, blessings and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
