‘It’s your thing…do what you wanna do.”

For your consideration…

Remember this Isley Brothers song, “It’s Your Thing?” It’s message is serious but delivered in a light-hearted fun tune.

And so it today’s message. No one can walk in our shoes. We can’t walk in another’s. Each of us needs to focus on our own path and doing our own thing. What is right for us may or may not work for someone else.

We are asked to notice what feels right in our body, mind and spirit. Trust it. Go with it.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths. This is always important but even more so now during the quarantine.

-Do what is right for you.

What made me smile yesterday…

-A beautiful day.

-A nice walk.

-Catching up with Alex.

-A good book.

Love, Blessings and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
