For your consideration…

Times may seem tough….or not. The thing that matters today is that we understand that no matter where we stand on the spectrum, it is ok. We are ok.

If we start to feel like we are not ok, we need to calm ourselves. We need to hit the pause button and breath. Close your eyes and take some deep breaths. Let our muscles relax. Breathe and resume our life.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

 

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm..“I am loved.”

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Calm ourselves.

 

What made me smile yesterday…

-A relaxing morning and breakfast with Cathy.

-My nieces did a wonderful job with the celebration of their sister, Catherine’s, life.

-Seeing family.

-A good book and early bedtime.
