Hate

For your consideration…

I recently heard someone talking about politics say, “Hate rots the brain.” So I recognized the phrase when it came in as the message.

But of course, our message is not just about politics. It is about everything. And it is not just about the brain. No, HATE rots EVERYTHING…..absolutely everything.

Hate destroys our soul. It robs us of blessings and opportunities. It destroys love and keeps us from finding love. HATE is like a deadly virus. It eats away at us from the inside out and outside in.

We know all of this. Our message today reminds us to reject HATE…don’t let it in. Be the change. Let HATE stop at your doorstep. Bless it with love and light to destroy it. Then let it go.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm,,,”I am loved.”

-Meditate/pray..ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all.?” We know that if HATE is in front of us, it is to bless and destroy it.

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Destroy HATE.

What made me smile yesterday…

-Another snow day.

-It is beautiful looking out on a blanket of untouched snow.

-Dentist appointment and errands completed, I was back home by 10:30.

-And then back in my PJ’s and settled in with a good book….yes, that is right…back in my PJ’s before noon.
