For your consideration…

We all do it. We worry. Today we are asked to stop and think about it. Why do we do it? What does it accomplish? How often do our worries come true?

Why do we worry? Worry comes from fear. It is negative energy. What happens to negative energy? It attracts more negative energy. Is that what we want? Of course not, so we need to change worry’s negative energy into positive. We need to think about the highest and best outcome and focus on that. How do we remember to do that? How do we retrain our thinking? Get a worry bead or stone and keep it in our pocket. When we feel it, we remember and can correct or thinking. We can remember our worry is not indicative of what is going to happen.

We are asked to remember that worrying zaps the possibilities and strength from the moment we are in. It robs it of all potential. We miss the opportunities it has to offer us. worrying is the absence of HOPE and faith. When we turn to our HOPE and faith, worrying is shut out.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Change our worrying into HOPEs and dreams.

What made me smile yesterday….

-Big kids deciding where they will go to high school next. There are so many choices. It is fun to listen to them talk about what weighs into their decision.

-Watching little kids have so much fun in the snow.

-A good book.

-Catching up with Alex and Pam
