For your consideration…

As the seasons change, so do we. As we prepare our homes and lives for the upcoming season, internally we are also preparing ourselves. It is natural. It is a rhythm we are familiar with. Whether we live in a colder or hotter climate, we use fall to prepare for winter or spring to prepare for summer.

Our message today reminds us to maintain balance. We are reminded to not let the change of season isolate us. While we may feel like hibernating, we need to stay connected. We need to get out and about. We need the fresh air. We need the sunshine. We need the contact of people.

We know that alone time is healthy. But like in everything, we need balance. We are reminded to balance our lives and stay connected.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Maintain balance. Stay connected.

What made me smile yesterday…

-A good doctor’s appointment for Bruce.

-Grocery shopping done.

-A chill afternoon.

-A good book.

Love, Blessings and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
