For your consideration…

In the grand scheme of things is about perspective. We may feel scared, overwhelmed, angry etc. We may feel like our life is in a mess.

Today we are asked to remember a couple of things. First, we are asked to suspend judgment. We may say we can’t help it. That’s where the second part comes in. This is when we choose to remember that in the grand scheme of things this is just a moment. It is not long-lasting. It is a step to take us to the next and the next and the next leading us to where we need to be. This moment is meant to be noticed and grateful for and then released without judgment because it has served its purpose.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Moments come and moments go. In the grand scheme of things they are minute.

What made me smile yesterday…

-By 9:45 I had seen the doctor, had lab work done, x-rays taken and was at breakfast with my friend.

-Breakfast with Vickie.

-Mindfulness class was very relaxing.

-Michael’s tests came back good.

Love, Blessings and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
