For your consideration…

We might ask how much power can words have? The answer is, a lot. We might ask how much power can a two letter word have? The answer is the same, a lot.

“If” when it is used for our highest good helps us evaluate plans, ideas, dreams etc. It helps us weigh the merits of them. But….there is always a counter balance…“If” can also not be for our highest good.

When? How? If we get stuck on “If,” we stifle our growth. We let the opportunities of the things it created fade away. When we let “If” turn itself into must have conditions or criteria, we box our dreams in and chain them down. We kill the unlimited potential that “If” helped birth.

When we get stuck on “If,” we need to replace it with “can and will.“If” is a word of evaluation and potential. “Can and Will” are the words that take us into action. They are the words that invite the Universe to start rearranging itself to put what we need in front of us.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Keep “If” in perspective.

What made me smile yesterday…

-My kindergartners have come so far. I am so proud of them.

-I was glad to see them and them me. Soooo many hugs warm my heart.

-A good book.

-Catching up with Cathy, Kelly and Alex. Alex had a safe trip and Cathy is getting better.

Love, Blessings and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
