For your consideration…

If your mom was anything like mine, you heard her say, “What goes around comes around.” And if you are anything like me, you liked it much better when she was talking about someone else other than you. Of course, this is karma. I don’t think I ever heard my mom talk about karma or even if she knew what it was. And I am not sure if she even believed what she was saying or just HOPEing it was true because she was displeased in someone.

Today many more of us are very sure about karma. We give it a lot of thought and consideration. We know that it works through the energy we are putting out and the attraction that draws it back to us.

Our message today is just a gentle reminder as we through ourselves into the holiday season, to “remember who we are.” Remember to put out goodness, love, peace, joy and HOPE above all else.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Affirm… “I am loving.”

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

What made me smile yesterday…

-Yikes, I fell. Of course, it was on my left side including the knee that just got out of physical therapy. I am smiling because, while I am sore, no serious damage seems to have been done.

-A good book.

-Shopping done for the week.

-A chill day mostly in pj’s.

Love, Blessings and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
