For your consideration…

I feel like in some ways today is a continuation of yesterday because once again it is talking about our authentic self.

Pretty on the outside does not equate to pretty within our authentic self. Beauty on the outside does not equate to beauty within the authentic self. We can be beautiful on the outside but if our authentic self does not feel beautiful it is a wasted gift.

Consider this anonymous quote:

That’s the thing about inner beauty: unlike physical beauty, which grabs the spotlight on itself, inner beauty shines on everyone, catching them, holding them in its embrace, making them more beautiful.”

And so it is with all things. We can act confident, kind, generous, happy, loving, HOPEful, etc,  but if we do not feel it in our authentic self, it is just a ruse.

Once again, we are asked to get in touch with our authentic self and let it lead the way.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take….

-Affirm…I am loved.

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

What made me smile yesterday….

-A beautiful sunrise and sunset.

-A great tour of the island, Utila.

-Toes in the water.

-A fabulous dinner.

Love, Blessings and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
