For your consideration….

Most of us would say…I HOPE…that we are kind. I think I am. But are we kind all of the time? Just because we are not being mean or nasty does not mean we are being kind.

Today’s message reminds us that everything needs and deserves kindness and it is in short supply these days.

True kindness comes from our spirit. We must choose to share it. It is a blessings we bestow on people, places and things.

If we want to know what we can do to make the world a better place, we need look no further than kindness. We are asked today to make kindness our intention. Consciously choose to do everything from a state of kindness. Let kindness be the stone we throw into the pond today to reverberate in perpetuity.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take….

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Make kindness our intention. Perhaps we can carry one of those stones that says kindness on it. Don’t have one? Make one yourself.

What made me smile yesterday…..

-Breakfast with my neighbor.

-Seeing and chatting with Debbie.

-Some grocery shopping done.

-Cooler temps….perfect temps….and a little bit of sunshine and a little bit of rain. Perfect.

Love, Blessings and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
