For your consideration….

Oh don’t we know it? We where many hats. We are at once mothers, wives, chefs, chauffeur, friend, daughter, counselor, healer, neighbor, organizer, planner, worker, worker, good Samaritan, shopper, creative genius, listener, speaker etc.

Our message today reminds us that we are many things. We need to be many things and in reality they help keep us balanced. Thus, when we feel out of sorts or  balance, it is probably time to change our hat for a bit.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…..

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Change your at on a regular basis.

What made me smile yesterday….

-Waking up to a houseful, Alex, James, Jordan and Amelia.

-Amelia doesn’t change. She doesn’t go anywhere without a book.

-Jordan never loses her smile.

-I don’t know what it is about standing outside in the sun with a hose watering plants but it makes me happy.
