Believe it or not the message today all started with a Goldfinch while talking to my oldest daughter, Shannon.
Goldfinch help us to awaken to our nature spirits that are normally hidden….just beyond our view and perception…..in the border areas of our hearts and minds. Archangel Ariel sent us this message today. She protects all nature and those who work with her; sprites, faeries, elves and us.
We are being asked today to remember that we are connected to all… always. We are of this time and the last. We are of this time and the future. We are connected to Father Sky, Mother Earth and the Heavens. We are connected to our loved ones always. If they have passed to the other side, they are just that breath away. For they too are connected to all… always. We are all part of the Oneness of All. The only separations are the ones we create.
The HOPE is we awaken to see and feel our Oneness.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, hope by hope action steps anyone can take….
-Meditate for as long as you can. Notice what popped into your head. The normal to do list? Let it go. Was there an unusual thought or word? Grab that and ask if there is more?
-Drink lots of water.
-Get out into nature. Go for a walk in the park or woods. Sit and listen. Notice. The trees are breathing with you and for you. The birds are singing with you and for you.
What made me smile yesterday….
-My friend, Jul, and I finally made it to dinner.
-As I reflected on our get together, I laughed as I thought at what people around us must have thought as they listened to us. Were there people around us? I don’t even know. I didn’t notice. All I could see is my precious friend.
